Hi!  I’m Darya, the owner + maker behind gras ‘roots URBAN.  My love for all things modern and minimal and for bright colour and quirky design is where I find inspiration for my brand.

gras ‘roots URBAN is the mix of my “hippie childhood,” which I attribute to my love for quirky and colourful, and my current “urban” life, which is all about modern architecture and clean lines.  There is something in the challenge of combining these two opposites that I find truly exciting.

Every piece is made by our hands at the studio in Canada, from design concept to finished product, and we believe whole heartedly in slow made, high quality fashion.  We use only pure metals and never, ever use toxic finishes so you can feel safe and comfortable in your jewelry.  It is my hope that our pieces become the favourite in your closet!
